Return & Exchange Policy

Evervia aims to provide a smooth and transparent return experience for our customers.

1. Important Requirement

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening their Evervia package. This helps us verify product condition in case of damaged, defective or incorrect items and ensures faster resolution.

2. Return or Exchange Request

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after the allowed return window may not be eligible for processing.

3. Valid Reasons for Returns

Evervia accepts return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect size received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect color or product delivered
  • Quality-related issues

Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with original packaging, tags and invoice.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

Replacement with a completely different product is not permitted. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Evervia will issue a refund instead.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. This typically falls within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.

If your cancellation request is approved and the order was prepaid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.

6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify Evervia customer support immediately. Once the product is collected through reverse pickup and verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Return Pickup

Evervia will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner at no additional cost to the customer. Customers are not required to ship the product themselves.

8. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: The refund amount will be issued as Evervia store credit which can be used for future purchases.
